Visiting Guide

What to bring?
We have purified (chlorine and fluoride free) water and blankets available, but if you have that special pillow or water bottle, please feel to bring them to your session.
Session times and breaks
Each session will run for a period of 2 hours with a change over at this time. If you are staying for a longer period we will ensure change over is as seamless as possible.
What to wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to relax (avoid wearing jeans). Please remove your shoes on arrival and bring a pair of socks to change into to keep you snug.
Facilities onsite
Toilets and kitchen facilities are available. If you are staying for a longer session, please feel free to use the kitchen facilities. To ensure the highest level of air quality, we have an Inova hospital-grade HEPA air filter installed.
Food and refreshments
There is a lovely friendly café with great food and snacks called Korner & Co just a few doors down. Great prices and always serving with a smile!
On the day
All electronic devices will need to be completely switched off for the duration of your session and the comfort of those around you.
Where to park?
2 hour Parking is available on the street. Please take note of parking signs and how they match your booking times. Further parking is also available on King George VI Memorial Reserve (3-5 minutes walk)
